Questions about the free trial

How long is the free trial?+

Treadmill Workouts includes a 7-day free trial on premium. You get full access to guided running plans, interval coaching, workout logging, and all programs during the trial.

Do I need a fancy treadmill?+

No. Any treadmill works — home, gym, or hotel. You set walk and run speeds on the machine; the app handles interval timing and structure.

What happens when I tap Get free trial?+

You are sent to the App Store or Google Play to install Treadmill Workouts (or straight into the app if you already have it). The trial starts when you subscribe through your store account.

Can I cancel before I am charged?+

Yes. Cancel anytime in your iPhone Subscriptions settings or Google Play subscriptions before the trial ends. If you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal, you will not be charged for the next period.

Is this app for complete beginners?+

Yes. Intro to Running and Couch to 5K start with walk-run intervals. Cannot Run? builds from walking only. Pick the plan that matches where you are today.

Can I use these plans outdoors?+

Yes. The interval structure works on a treadmill or outside — you may need to check pace on a watch when running outdoors, but walk/run timings stay the same.
